Meet Mandy Rai

Prepared. Accessible. Community-Tested.

Legal credentials. Mandy holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Her legal education and background in public sector municipal compliance and oversight developed the analytical rigor required to examine complex bylaws, challenge assumptions, and protect resident interests.

Community service. For over a decade, Mandy has served as an active leader with Girl Guides of Canada, mentoring young people to build confidence, leadership, and civic responsibility. Her long-standing community service has been recognized with an Ontario Volunteer Service Award.

Proven momentum. In 2022, 9,524 Vaughan residents cast their ballots for Mandy Rai. She returns with deeper experience, broader community coalitions, and an unwavering commitment to serve.
